A Bit About Me

​I am a seasoned campaigner who loves the outdoors and nature. I am using my vast and varied experience to encourage people to adopt a healthier lifestyle by undertaking fitness activities into their daily lives. I have spent all of my life taking part in sport, from Rugby, Football, Golf, Fitness Training, Hiking, Water Sports, Alpine and Cross-country Skiing (work in progress). 

 

In addition, I have worked across many business sectors, which have given me valuable skills and experiences, enabling me to focus on outcomes and client-based solutions. These include:

  • Business Operations. Aviation Policy Consultancy.

  • Logistics and Residential Maintenance Coordinator/Implementor. Private households and small businesses.

  • Financial Broker. Banking/Capital Markets. 

  • NGO Program Coordinator for Government-Funded Projects and Programs. Conservation and Development.

  • Financial Advisor. Insurance and Pensions Sector.

  • Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator. Industrial Equipment and Engineering Sector.

I have used this lifetime of experience to create and implement an all-around physical activities approach designed for all, but primarily targeted for us older specimens.
