Getting Active The Gentle Way.

Just to let you know I am offering stretching, strength-building, and movement classes. The sessions are ideal for people who have not exercised for years and are looking to become more active, who want to improve their fitness levels in a gentle and relaxing way, or simply de-stress and get some fresh air. The approach is to incorporate various stretches, strength building, joint articulation exercises, while undertaking walking. It is ideal for those of us:


• Who have become inactive and do not know where to start rebuilding their fitness. • Need support and help with motivation to exercise regularly. • Do not like gyms. • Like a personal touch. • Recovering from injury and illness. • Want to improve their general health. • Stress reduction. • Love exercising outdoors.


The approach is to start exercising in a gentle and relaxing way, building up the intensity in a slow and deliberate manner. These classes are designed to initiate better fitness, systemic health, and well-being and a catalyst into building physical activity into your everyday lives.

The classes can be conducted on a one-to-one basis or small groups, I currently run classes in the Nyon region at: 10am, 12, am 1.30pm and 6pm.
